Great service! I'd recommend this to James Moody if he ever needed a storage.

I have had excellent service from staff at National Storage every time I have gone to the office, spoken on the phone and or by email. They are very friendly and helpful.

New and clean facility with very friendly staff. I would recommend to anyone wanting storage in the Mandurah area. also great for caravan storage.

Place to keep your household goods safe while relocating places of abode. You can even have you motorcycle stored here at a reasonable price.

New management are rude and have terrible customer service. When I had closed my account i had paid ahead slightly but they locked me out of my online account and kept saying I was all paid up but not ahead. Over priced also!!!

The people are friendly and helpful and the units are clean and tidy. It's a good storage facility. But beware that even though the contract says 7 days notice for cancellation, if you've prepaid anything past those 7 days days they won't refund it. Normally you pay monthly, so if you cancel at the start of the month then they won't refund the balance past the 7 day notice period.

The staff at keepsafe storage in Greenfields are exceptional. They are friendly, polite, respectful and understanding. I have found the service to be very easy and prices are great. I highly recommend these guys to any one looking for a storage facility :)

Don't even bother with these clowns. Just another big national chain that couldn't care less about customers. Go to John at Lock n Store Mandurah - I mean at least he has the courtesy to actually reply to enquiries. Aw but maybe I'm being harsh.. I did only ask for a quote and information in October 2018, and it's only the end of February 2019 now, so ya know maybe they'll deign to reply eventually... I guess I am just another number to this obviously too well off company.Best part is that John at Mandurah Lock n Store is cheaper anyway! He's also a real person, as opposed to just another corporate behemoth, a pleasure to deal with and his professionalism is second to none. He replied to my query the very same day.In the end, National Storage being such a demonstrable joke was the best thing that could have happened! Saved me money and god only knows how much pain I would have endured dealing with a company that can't seem to even work out email... Save yourself the anguish of beating your head against a brick wall trying to engage these hacks and just call Lock n Store... you'll have your goods in a unit and be fully sorted before this mob even get back to you... If you're lucky enough to get a reply at all!Thanks National Storage!
